Your team practices agents, workflows, and skills on those jobs together — guided and practical — inside Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Cowork, or whatever surfaces your people already open every morning. Nothing new is installed for the day. No manufacturer certificate replaces the room, and this is not a ChatGPT-101 lecture.

By the end, you should leave with a shared picture — what stays with people, what an agent can take next, and who must approve before anything runs. That clarity is the point of the day. The workshop is the deliverable.

This page is written for managing directors and people leads (and the operations leads who own the work) in small and mid-sized companies. The industries we work with most often are legal firms and legal departments; practice and clinic administration; insurance; finance, bookkeeping, and controlling; public administration; and professional services such as consulting, agencies, and fiduciary firms.

You choose which documents, mail threads, and working files enter the room. Bring real work when it helps the practice, and leave out anything that should not leave your perimeter. Materials built from your work stay under your control. The day is not a silent upload into a product, and we do not sell a live production platform as the deliverable.

Anything that would act on your data needs a named person to release it first. If nobody approves it, it does not run. The workshop sits on the systems you already operate — Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Cowork, and your existing backends and file stores — not a rip-and-replace IT programme. After the day, some teams take an optional further step: an intelligence layer over those backends, still with human release.

If you want it later, you can put a graph over open systems instead of sealing everything into a black box.
