Why chat skins fail on files

A chat skin asks the operator to re-explain the floor in prose. A case graph already names the objects: which client, which matter, which filing, which approval is open. Without that, the model guesses in language. With it, a proposal can point at something you can release or refuse.

Lane A and Lane B

Lane B — work labelled non-sensitive: US frontier models may be used only when the label is honest. Mixing client matter into Lane B is not a product feature. It is a failure mode.
